Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping their flowers to the studio after reserving a preservation spot.

Detailed shipping instructions will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

Flowers should be shipped using Priority or Overnight shipping early in the week (Monday–Wednesday) to avoid delays or flowers sitting in transit over the weekend.

Return shipping for completed keepsakes is included unless otherwise stated at checkout. All finished pieces will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking information.

Processing times vary depending on the preservation method but typically range between 8–16 weeks from the time flowers are received.

Hopefully Ever After is not responsible for flowers that arrive damaged due to improper packaging or shipping delay.
