Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to some of the most common questions about flower preservation. If you have additional questions, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help.

Can I include small keepsakes or personal items in my shadow box?

Yes, I’m happy to include meaningful details such as ribbon, photos, invitations, jewelry, charms, or other small keepsakes alongside your preserved flowers. These personal touches help create a truly unique and sentimental display.

Will my preserved flowers change color over time?

Because flowers are natural materials, some subtle color changes may occur over time. While every effort is made to preserve the beauty of your bouquet, natural fading or slight shifts in tone can happen as the years pass.

How soon should I send my flowers after my event?

For the best preservation results, flowers should be shipped or dropped off within 1–3 days after your event. The sooner your flowers arrive, the better their color and structure will preserve in the final keepsake.

What if my flowers arrive in poor condition?

The final preserved result depends on the condition of the flowers when they arrive. While every effort is made to preserve your bouquet as beautifully as possible, flowers that are wilted, damaged, or several days old may not preserve as well.

How long does the preservation process take?

Because each bouquet is carefully preserved and arranged by hand, most pieces are completed within 8–12 weeks from the time your flowers are received
