Refund policy

Because each floral preservation piece is custom-created using your personal flowers, all orders are final and non-refundable once work has begun.

If you need to cancel your reservation, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before flowers have been shipped or received.

Due to the natural nature of flowers, color variations, texture changes, and slight imperfections may occur during the preservation process. These characteristics are normal and part of working with real botanical materials.

Because floral preservation is an artistic process using natural materials, exact color retention and final placement cannot be guaranteed.

Over time, preserved flowers may naturally soften in color, fade, or change in tone due to their organic composition and exposure to light and environmental conditions. These natural changes are expected and are not considered defects.

If your piece arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Hopefully Ever After Preservations within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so a resolution can be arranged.
